My goal is to educate patients and help them develop effective strategies that fit their lifestyle. I believe in a patient-centered approach, focused on meeting patients where they are at in their journey. I see each patient as a whole person, not as an individual with an illness or issue. I am driven by the challenge of making a lifestyle of eating well achievable for anyone, no matter where they are beginning from.
